Robert Wagner
Rob Waggoner brings more than 30 years of manufacturing experience to his role as Program Manager at National Manufacturing Group. In this position, he oversees program timing, cost management, and communication between customers and manufacturing facilities—ensuring alignment, efficiency, and successful outcomes across every phase of production.
Throughout his career, Rob has built a diverse background across multiple manufacturing disciplines, including metal stamping, injection molding, tube bending, glass encapsulation, second-stage vehicle upfits, and telecommunications. This broad expertise allows him to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective and deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
A key strength Rob brings to the team is his focus on systems balance—continually improving the flow of information and refining processes to strengthen overall operational performance. At National Manufacturing Group, Rob values the shared commitment to success across all levels of the organization. His professional goal is to contribute to continuous improvement in both customer satisfaction and team performance, helping elevate the company’s standards across the board.
Originally from Grayling and St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Rob now resides in Warren. Outside of work, he and his wife run Kutcha’s Korner, a small business born from their involvement in craft shows. Much of their time is spent creating custom products using laser equipment and 3D printers, turning customer ideas into tangible results.
Earlier in life, Rob spent time racing cars at Waterford Hills Road Course—an experience that reflects his competitive spirit and appreciation for precision. He’s also a loyal Detroit Lions fan, a testament to his perseverance and long-term outlook.
When he’s not working or creating, Rob enjoys golfing and spending time with family. While he and his wife don’t officially have pets, a few neighborhood cats have unofficially found their way into their routine.
