John Kramm

John brings more than 22 years of manufacturing experience, including 18 years with National Manufacturing Group – Wyoming. He started on the production floor in lamination and has since gained hands-on experience throughout nearly every step of the composites manufacturing process, experience that serves him well today as Plant Manager.

John is known for his extensive industry knowledge, hands-on leadership, and willingness to jump in wherever he is needed. He enjoys the variety and challenges that come with manufacturing and believes there’s rarely a problem that can’t be solved when the right people work together.

A true “jack-of-all-trades,” John is always willing to share what he knows and is committed to helping employees gain the training, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed.
