Carl Dubois

With more than 41 years in manufacturing, Carl knows his way around just about every factory floor imaginable. From telecommunications to boat building, and even running operations in Italy and China, Carl has built a career on aligning teams, processes, and goals to keep things running smoothly. At National Manufacturing Group, he leads the Joplin facility’s operations—overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, and order fulfillment—all while working to restore top-notch efficiency across the organization.

Carl grew up on the Canadian border in northern Maine, which explains his lifelong love of the outdoors. These days, you’re more likely to find him hunting, fishing, golfing, or planning his dream trip to New Zealand for world-class trout fishing. A die-hard fan of the University of Maine Black Bears, the Boston Red Sox, and the Bruins, Carl balances his professional drive with plenty of passion for sports and adventure.

Fun fact: before his decades in leadership, Carl once worked as a professional handyman—so whether it’s building a greenfield plant in China or fixing a leaky faucet, he’s your guy. And if you ever want to win him over in the morning, just hand him a strong black coffee (Starbucks preferred).
