Brooke Ripley

Brooke Ripley serves as Director of Operations-Wyoming and brings more than 25 years of manufacturing experience to the organization. Since beginning her career in manufacturing in 1998, she has held a variety of leadership roles with responsibilities spanning operations, quality, safety, compliance, customer service, and human resources.

Brooke’s passion is building strong teams and improving processes that help employees succeed while delivering exceptional results for customers. Her hands-on approach and broad operational experience have helped guide the company through periods of growth, continuous improvement, and changing business demands.

She has extensive experience in operational planning, process improvement, workforce development, safety management, and regulatory compliance, helping organizations improve performance while maintaining strong commitments to quality and employee well-being.

Today, Brooke works closely with employees, customers, and company leadership to support operational excellence, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and position the organization for long-term success.

 Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her eight grandchildren and serving as the family’s “entertainment coordinator.” She can often be found planning treasure hunts, organizing weekend adventures, or simply playing at the park with the grandkids. It’s a role that brings a lot of joy, and a healthy reminder of the importance of family, patience, and fun.
