Brittany Blauwkamp

Brittany Blauwkamp serves as Director of Human Resources at National Manufacturing Group, where she leads HR strategy across all company facilities. With more than a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry, she plays a key role in aligning people, processes, and leadership with the company’s broader business goals.

Brittany’s strength is connecting the dots between HR and the bigger picture. She focuses on building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating a culture where employees feel supported and motivated to contribute. Her approach is grounded in making sure the organization’s talent and culture are moving in the same direction as its growth.

She began her career with an HR internship at a manufacturing plant and quickly found her place in the industry. Since then, she’s continued to grow her expertise, earning her Master’s degree from Davenport University as well as her SHRM-CP certification.

At National Manufacturing Group, Brittany enjoys being part of the strategic side of the business—working closely with leadership and seeing firsthand how people-focused decisions can drive real results. Her goal is to continue shaping a workplace where performance and engagement go hand in hand, and where leaders are equipped to bring out the best in their teams.

Originally from Zeeland, Michigan, Brittany now lives in Macomb with her husband and their young son, who keeps them busy and active. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and getting outdoors whenever she can. Their home also includes a chocolate lab and a Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix, adding a little extra energy to everyday life.

When she does get a quiet moment, you can usually find her starting the day with a caramel macchiato.
