Ed Devine

Ed Devine joined National Manufacturing Group in 2024 as an HR Generalist, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in staffing and workforce management. Based at the Holt location, Ed oversees HR operations not only for Michigan but also for National’s Minnesota facility. His passion? Finding fresh, effective ways to boost employee retention and make sure great people stick around.

Before coming to National, Ed managed staffing programs for large manufacturing accounts—often with 400+ employees—so he knows how to keep things running smoothly even on a big scale. With his deep background in the people side of business, he’s looking to make a real impact on recruiting and retention efforts across the board.

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Ed proudly reps his hometown (and his beloved Syracuse Orange) from his new home in Michigan, where he’s lived for the past seven years. Outside the office, Ed stays busy coaching his son Jameson’s sports teams—baseball, football, soccer—you name it. It’s quality time he wouldn’t trade for anything.

When the game whistle blows and the workweek winds down, Ed enjoys relaxing with his wife Melissa and their son, Jameson and daughter, Maddox. Whether it’s a road trip to Syracuse, a getaway to Virginia Beach, or just a backyard hangout with friends, good food, and a cold drink—Ed is all about enjoying the moment and making memories.
