Jonathan Alloway

With 16 years of composites experience and a strong background in metals and woodworking, Jonathan Alloway brings a wealth of knowledge and versatility to the National Manufacturing Group team. Initially hired as an EHS Manager, Jonathan quickly rose through the ranks to Production and Plant Manager roles. His expertise spans industrial maintenance, metal fabrication, and environmental management, which he leverages to help National Manufacturing Group’s Joplin facility run efficiently and profitably.

A Kansas State fan and Kansas City Chiefs enthusiast, Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s in Science and Technology from Pittsburg State University. Outside work, he enjoys traveling with his fiancée, a planned wedding in October 2025, and time with his two daughters and grandchildren. A firearms enthusiast, Jonathan has a keen interest in historical firearms, reloading, and the shooting sports.
