Nate Shearer

Nate Shearer joins National (HOLT) with a fresh perspective, stepping into the composites industry after eight years of hands-on experience in the automotive sector. Nate’s leadership journey includes front-line management roles, building Cadillac lines with GM at Woodbridge, and advancing through Tenneco. Driven by a passion for learning, he’s eager to make National a top composite shop in the country.

Outside of work, Nate is a family man, happily married to his wife, Manuela, and proud dad to five energetic kids: Andrea, Jio, Exzavier, Derek, and Sabastian. Known for his commitment to community, Nate frequently organizes outreach events, from BBQs to movie nights, bringing people together for shared moments. A seasoned MMA and boxing enthusiast and a skilled woodworker, he’s a man of many talents. Despite a busy schedule, Nate rarely rests—thriving on just three hours of sleep a night, always finding time for his next project.
