Jerry McMillin

With 27 years of experience under his belt, Jerry McMillin is a seasoned expert in robotic automation. His journey in the composites industry started when a local company needed a programmer to bring their robotic systems to life—and he’s been thriving in this ever-evolving field ever since. Passionate about maximizing the efficiency and potential of robotic automation, Jerry enjoys the constant change and excitement that each day brings.

Though he originally planned to pursue Criminal Justice at Ferris State University, his path took a turn, and he hasn’t looked back since! Jerry enjoys cheering on the UofM Wolverines and the Detroit Lions when he’s not busy fine-tuning automation systems.

Outside of work, he’s an avid hunter and fisherman. His favorite memories are hunting deer and turkey with his daughter Katelynn and spending quality time with his grandson, Kyler. At home, Jerry and his wife Kathy of 25 years enjoy life with their two daughters, Katelynn and Maddison, and their growing family.
