Scott Brady
Scott Brady has 21 years of experience in the industry. He started with machine setups, including die setting, preventative maintenance, and improvements. He then moved into the forming process through prototyping and sampling new projects.
Scott transitioned to the production side, mastering thermoforming heavy gauge, light gauge, and twin sheeting a variety of plastics. He also learned machine scheduling and planning.
In 2011, Scott joined Northern Plastics, gaining CNC skills and experience in fixture building. He manages production scheduling, material ordering, and oversees the production floor and daily operations.
Scott enjoys the unique challenges of the thermoforming industry and aims to reach new heights with National Composites. Outside of work, he likes cooking, grilling, and enjoying the outdoors
