HR Generalist & AP Clerk

Daniel Beas

Daniel Beas serves as an HR Generalist and AP Clerk at National Manufacturing Group, supporting employees and leadership with day-to-day human resources needs while also assisting with accounts payable responsibilities.

With approximately 12 years of experience in and around the manufacturing industry, Daniel brings a diverse professional background that also includes roles in education and with a police department. While those environments may seem very different, each shares an important connection: working closely with people. Those experiences have helped shape Daniel’s approach to HR and commitment to supporting employees across the organization.

One of Daniel’s greatest strengths is the ability to communicate with a diverse workforce. Being bilingual provides an opportunity to help bridge communication gaps and ensure employees have access to the information and support they need.

Daniel also enjoys bringing creativity into the workplace. Whether finding new ways to communicate information, improving processes, or developing resources for employees, the role provides opportunities to combine creativity with the people-focused side of human resources. Looking ahead, Daniel hopes to continue developing HR expertise, take on new challenges, and make a meaningful contribution to National Manufacturing Group’s continued growth.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Parkside with a degree in Criminal Justice, Daniel has also begun working toward an MBA with plans to complete the degree. Daniel credits Patricia Rogers, Vice President of Fiber-Tech, as an important mentor throughout this career journey. Patricia’s guidance and support have played an important role in Daniel’s professional growth and confidence in HR.

Originally from East Los Angeles and now living in Racine, Wisconsin, Daniel has a passion for music, concerts, and collecting. More than 50 concerts are already on the list, along with an impressive collection of more than 500 albums across vinyl, CDs, and other formats. The collecting doesn’t stop with music—Daniel also has more than 700 figurines and other collectibles. Being a minimalist simply isn’t part of the plan.

Free time often includes movies, books, video games, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends. Daniel also has a Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix named Bella, who is very much considered part of the family.
