Jodi Skinner

As Controller at National Manufacturing Group, Jodi Skinner oversees accounting operations and ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience in finance within the manufacturing industry, she brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by work in automotive, pharmaceutical, beverage, and banking sectors.

Jodi plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth by providing reliable financial insights that help drive decision-making, improve performance, and maintain operational efficiency. She takes pride in contributing to National’s ability to deliver high-quality products while scaling the business for the future. What she values most about her role, however, is the people—working alongside a team that shares a strong commitment to excellence.

Originally from Spiceland, Indiana, Jodi now lives near Connersville with her family. Outside of work, she spends much of her time supporting her children at sporting events, a passion that runs deep—she also coached volleyball at her former high school for 23 years. When she’s not on the sidelines, Jodi enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

At home, life stays busy with two boxers, Willow and Remi, two cats, Smokey and Charlie, and a bearded dragon named Rocky. A former saxophone player with a love for softball and all things sports, Jodi brings the same energy, discipline, and team-first mindset to her professional life that she values personally.
